Ability to simplify and humanize complex or technical topics (experience in Web3, blockchain, or emerging tech a plus). Excellent presentation skills and confidence articulating creative thinking. Strong understanding of integrated campaign development, from strategy through execution. Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative energy and passion for co-creating with designers, strategists, and technologists. Passion for innovation, design systems, and emerging technologies (Web3, blockchain, crypto). Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience crafting copy across brand, advertising, and digital channels. Branding expertise from developing voice systems and naming to writing brand platforms and launch campaigns. A love for language, from the rhythm of a headline to the arc of a manifesto. Curiosity for how technology and creativity can inspire human connection. A desire to shape a brand that stands for open innovation, trust through design, and technology that empowers people everywhere. The ability to think conceptually, act strategically, and design beautifully. A genuine love for the craft with equal respect for the idea and the execution Education & Experience
Experience within Web3. Blockchain and Crypto industry Experience within an agency or in-house creative team.
