Your Role As a German-speaking Consultant, you will play a central role in high-impact hiring decisions in the German legal markets:
Lead full-cycle search assignments – from market intelligence and mapping to partner placement
Build and manage deep relationships with top-tier lawyers and law firm leadership in Germany
Drive cross-border mandates involving Germany, the UK, the US and other key jurisdictions
Identify, originate and execute on strategic opportunities – firm launches, team moves and practice build-outs
Become a go-to expert on the Germany market within Tenex
Work alongside our high-performing lead consultant for the German market.
Who You Are We’re looking for sharp, driven and commercially-minded individuals who want to build something significant. You might bring:
Native or near-native German, with excellent written and spoken English
Experience in legal recruitment, executive search, or high-end professional services OR a background in law, consulting, finance, or B2B sales
Strong research, market mapping and analytical skills
The confidence to engage senior partners and decision-makers
Drive, curiosity, emotional intelligence – and a hunger to grow fast
Experience in the German legal market is a strong plus, but not essential if you bring the right mindset and skills.
