We are seeking a full‑time Sales and Marketing Specialist for an on‑site role located in Newcastle‑Under‑Lyme. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer connections, providing training to team members, and managing sales operations. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance the reach and impact of our brand while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively and maintain positive relationships. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets while managing sales activities. Experience in Training, mentoring, or coaching team members to support professional growth and improve team performance skills. Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities are vital for developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
