An industry‑leading online healthcare provider is seeking a Customer Insight Lead to shape and deliver its customer insight strategy. Reporting to the Head of Customer Insight, you will manage a team of four analysts and drive data‑led decision MAKING across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the customer insight strategy end‑to‑end
Lead LTV modelling and apply outcomes across the business
Drive RFM analysis and embed usage across teams
Develop and implement customer segmentation for acquisition and retention
Support strategic and financial planning through improved LTV and CPA
Utilise research data, social listening, and wider insight methodologies
Run A/B testing and optimise campaign performance
Collaborate with Data Science to apply predictive models
Required Skills & Experience
Strong, hands‑on SQL capability
Experience using or applying predictive models
Experience leading or managing a team is required
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder influence
Ability to present insights clearly and drive action
