To take advantage of increased opportunity we want to appoint a Project Finance Manager.
We are looking to add to our Project Finance team. Experienced within Commercial Office Design & Build, you will be client facing and must be able to develop a cost plan and present the cost proposals.
Key responsibilities and qualifications
Degree or HNC/HND educated (desirable but not essential)
1+ Years’ experience as a Contracts Manager/QS, preferably in design & build fit-out
An established and good track record of yielding high profits in previous projects
