Executive Culinary Assistant

This restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and organized sous chef to assist with our opening day preparations.

• Key responsibilities will include supervising food production at all stations, supporting service execution, and working a station while handling prep projects.

To be successful in this role you should possess:

• A strong culinary background with experience as a lead or assistant cook;


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;


• Knowledge of kitchen operations including food safety procedures;
