This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume environments, values team culture and mentorship, and understands that great food serves both the guest experience and the success of the business.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven leadership in fine dining kitchens handling 300-500+ covers daily, with a focus on quality and consistency
- Experience managing multiple outlets while maintaining consistency and high standards
- Strong menu development skills, emphasizing seasonal ingredients and daily specials within the concept of the club
- Collaborative approach, open to feedback and team partnership in menu execution
- Confident in running expo with a talent for training others to do the same
- Polished, articulate, and guest-facing in their communication
- Solution-oriented with a positive, professional leadership style

Compensation
- $135,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus
