Restaurant Operations Director

We are seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead our restaurant's dining program, elevating food through local sourcing and globally influenced flavors.

A young chef with experience from NY and Miami in Michelin kitchens has taken over the culinary direction of our 24-room boutique inn and 60-year-old country club's restaurant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional service, food knowledge, and wine expertise in the dining room.
