Executive Chef Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. If you have a passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food quality, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces


• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff


• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies


• Stock inventory appropriately and maintain a clean work environment


• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion


• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook


• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures


• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks


• Familiarity with industry's best practices
