- Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies
- Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and executing prep lists
- Cook menu items consistently and efficiently in coordination with the kitchen team
- Follow direction from the Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, and Executive Chef
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station at all times
- Properly store, label, and rotate food to ensure freshness and quality
- Execute tickets accurately so food is delivered on time and at the highest standard
- Assist with closing duties and proper breakdown of stations
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a full-service, moderate- to high-volume restaurant preferred
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work clean, organized, and focused under pressure
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Passion for food, consistency, and hospitality
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
