This pivotal role ensures the seamless flow of goods in and out of our facility, forming the backbone of our Logistics operations. As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for accurately processing all incoming and outgoing shipments. This includes verifying contents against documentation, inspecting for damages, and preparing items for dispatch. You'll manage inventory within the receiving and shipping areas, ensuring everything is properly stored and accounted for. Maintaining a high standard of organization and cleanliness in your work environment is crucial for efficiency and Safety . You will be required to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts, adhering strictly to all operational guidelines and utilizing appropriate PPE . This role involves considerable physical activity, including standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of items that can weigh up to 50 pounds.
