Join our bustling warehouse team in Portland, Oregon, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking energetic individuals to perform a variety of tasks essential to our logistics operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your role is fundamental to ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and the timely fulfillment of orders. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace Safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support logistics operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Must be able to wear and utilize appropriate PPE.
