Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Verify product details and quantities picked.
- Package items with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Apply shipping labels correctly.
- Meet established performance metrics for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Assist with inventory management tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and standing.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Strict adherence to safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
