Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of incoming goods.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for loading and transportation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and scanning.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily operational goals.
- Understand and execute various logistics tasks as assigned.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Dedication to following safety guidelines and using PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
