We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team in Provo, Utah. This role is critical to the integrity of our inventory management system, as you will be the first point of contact for all incoming goods. You will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting all deliveries, ensuring that what arrives matches our orders and meets quality standards. Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach are essential for success in this position. This is a key role within our supply chain operations, ensuring a smooth flow from delivery to storage.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments from various carriers.
- Inspect all incoming goods for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately record all received items into the inventory management system.
- Tag and label incoming inventory as required.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
