Join our fast-paced logistics team as a Picker/Packer in San Francisco, California. This crucial role involves accurately picking items for customer orders and expertly packing them for shipment, ensuring product integrity and timely delivery. We are looking for individuals who are meticulous, energetic, and committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety in a dynamic urban warehouse setting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse stock using order sheets or scanning devices.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure correct quantities are selected.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and assemble shipments securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment with care and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and utilize required PPE diligently.
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment role is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 45 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be compliant with all safety standards and wear all mandated PPE.
