Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is fundamental to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our customers efficiently and accurately. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of order processing, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You'll work with advanced warehouse systems and equipment to ensure that every order is handled with precision. We prioritize a safe working environment, and strict adherence to safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick tickets.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents and stocking inventory.
- Prepare outgoing orders, including labeling and staging for carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment as required, following all safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
