Join our innovative Fulfillment Associate team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, managing inventory, and contributing to the seamless operation of our logistics and fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including generating shipping labels and staging orders.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory promptly and accurately.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines rigorously, including the mandatory use of required PPE.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Engage in tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting as required.
- Contribute to team goals and uphold the standards of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred. Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The job requires regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. A strong understanding of and adherence to Safety procedures and PPE requirements is essential.
