We are seeking a motivated Order Picker to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is essential for the efficient processing of customer orders and plays a key part in our overall Logistics operations. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving products from warehouse shelves according to pick lists and order details. Your attention to detail will ensure order accuracy and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be trained on how to use warehouse equipment, including RF scanners and pallet jacks, to perform your duties effectively. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is mandatory, and you must consistently wear all required PPE . This physically demanding role involves frequent Lifting and requires the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from designated warehouse pick locations.
- Use RF scanners to guide picking processes and update inventory records.
- Verify that picked items match the order requirements, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare picked orders for staging and subsequent shipment.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE .
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items to supervision immediately.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including tasks involving Lifting .
