You will be responsible for operating forklifts and other heavy machinery to transport inventory, load and unload trucks, and assist with order picking and packing. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Move materials to and from production, storage, and shipping areas.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and operations.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating forklifts preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math and reading skills.
