Seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for our distribution center in Tampa, Florida. This role is central to our logistics operations, involving the efficient handling and movement of goods. You will perform essential tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, and packing orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments accurately.
- Store and organize inventory in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all company policies.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety protocols and diligently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all Lifting requirements and guidelines to prevent injuries.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational targets and support overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods, including Lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. Understanding of basic warehouse operations and inventory management. Commitment to maintaining a Safety-conscious workplace. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
