We are actively recruiting a motivated Picker/Packer for our San Jose, California operations. This position is essential for the fulfillment of customer orders, requiring precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for accurately selecting products based on order sheets, carefully packaging them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and ensuring the quality of packed goods are key aspects of this role. You'll be working within a fast-paced logistics environment, contributing to the seamless flow of products from our warehouse to our customers. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are expected to follow strict safety protocols and utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job involves regular Lifting and moving of packages, with the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus, but not required.
