Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a vital role that contributes to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will span various functions, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and accuracy. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to daily goals and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled with precision. We provide comprehensive training and ample opportunities for career growth within our expanding logistics network. Key responsibilities include:

Receiving and verifying incoming shipments
Stocking materials and products in designated areas
Picking items accurately for customer orders
Packing orders securely and efficiently
Loading and unloading trucks and other vehicles
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following all safety guidelines and using appropriate PPE

This position requires physical agility, the ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs, and the capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.
