We are hiring a diligent Warehouse Worker for our facility in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. This position is vital to our logistics chain, ensuring that products are handled with care and dispatched on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and assist with forklift operations when needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent scanning and data entry.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards, adhering to safety standards.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE at all times.
- Assist with regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
