We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in San Francisco, California. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is critical to our supply chain operations, ensuring that our clients receive their products accurately and on time. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing handheld scanners and other equipment to locate, retrieve, and stage merchandise. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to grow within a leading logistics company.Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a handheld scanner.
- Locate products in the warehouse and verify item numbers and quantities.
- Package picked items appropriately for shipping.
- Replenish inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic math skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety and adherence to PPE guidelines is mandatory.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
