- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Verify product details and quantities before packing.
- Ensure all items are packaged safely and securely for transit.
- Process shipments using shipping software and prepare documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, and assist with loading/unloading.
- Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
