We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated warehouse crew, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our distribution center. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and dispatch. You will manage inventory accuracy, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and enforce all company policies and safety procedures. Your leadership will be crucial in optimizing workflow, improving productivity, and fostering a positive team atmosphere. Key responsibilities include scheduling staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback and training. You will also be involved in implementing new operational strategies and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence in logistics operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and management. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly preferred. This position involves regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs and requires strict adherence to PPE guidelines and all Safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
