Job Summary:
Are you a meticulous and efficient individual? Our Nashville, Tennessee warehouse is looking for a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves and packaging them securely for shipment to our customers. Your attention to detail and speed will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position is a key component of our logistics network, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. We prioritize a safe and organized work atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from inventory shelves using pick lists or scanning devices.
  • Verify item numbers and quantities against orders.
  • Pack items safely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away as needed.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Contribute to the overall logistics and fulfillment process.
  • Report any damaged products or discrepancies to a supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Good reading comprehension and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Basic understanding of logistics is a plus.
  • Commitment to workplace safety is mandatory.
