Become a key member of our logistics team as a Distribution Center Associate in Boise, Idaho. We are looking for motivated individuals to support the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring the efficient flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and productivity. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Sort, stock, and organize materials and products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements and provided lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets within our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to efficient logistics and supply chain processes.
