Recreating the tension of the show's famed red and blue open kitchens diners witness the precision and intensity behind every dish, as well as a contemporary bar showcasing the latest trends in mixology. The menu features signature, show-inspired creations such as the legendary Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each prepared with the same passion and perfection expected from the show's world-class chefs. More than a meal, Hell's Kitchen offers guests a front-row seat to the ultimate dining performance in one of London's most sought-after locations, The Cumberland champions the city's cultural and music scene, inspired by its rich history of housing music legends. As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in positioning Hell's Kitchen London as a must-book destination for groups, events and premium dining experiences. Working closely with the restaurant leadership, hotel commercial teams and central sales function, you'll drive revenue through proactive sales activity, strong relationships and a deep understanding of the brand. This is a bold, visible role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile hospitality environment and understands how to translate a world-renowned brand into commercial opportunity. What you'll be doing Driving incremental revenue across group dining, events, partnerships and corporate business Identifying, targeting and securing new sales opportunities aligned with brand positioning Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, agents and partners Managing enquiries from initial contact through to contract and event delivery handover Working collaboratively with restaurant, marketing, hotel and operations teams to maximise conversion Supporting pricing strategy, contracting and negotiation in line with commercial objectives Maintaining accurate forecasting, reporting and pipeline management Acting as a brand ambassador for Hell's Kitchen London at networking and promotional events Ensuring a seamless, premium client journey that reflects the theatre, quality and standards of the brand What you'll bring
