Duties:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and ice making equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC and refrigeration.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC and refrigeration systems, such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
- Test HVAC and refrigeration stems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with HVAC and refrigeration equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and inspections.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.

- Knowledge of equipment repair and property maintenance.
- Ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills for field service interactions.

License is required. EPA card is required for freon handling. NO EXCEPTIONS

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
