OUTREACH Rehabilitation is hiring *Physical Therapists (PTs)* for *home care physical therapy * in *Hudson county NJ , Essex County NJ . * Flexible schedules, strong mentorship, geriatric specialty .

*About the Role*
* In-home *Physical Therapy (PT) *
* Medicare Part B covered therapy , not a CHHA under Medicare Part A .
* *Geriatric* rehab
* Home visits in apartments, senior residences & ALFs
* *Home care physical therapy* evaluations + treatments
* Several per-diem positions

*Qualifications*
* NJ *Physical Therapy license *
* Master’s or DPT
* Experience with geriatrics a plus
* Home care / outpatient experience preferred (not required)
