We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role involves developing and implementing personalized care plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life for patients of all ages. The Physical Therapist will utilize their extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver effective physiotherapy interventions in a collaborative environment.
*Job Requirements: *
* Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
* Valid state credentialing/licensure in physical therapy
* Strong outpatient orthopedic skills
* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

*Duties*
* Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations, including mobility, strength, and functional ability.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
* Provide hands-on therapy sessions focusing on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving patient independence.
* Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Educate patients on injury prevention, exercises, and home care strategies.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in physiotherapy, medical terminology, and treatment techniques.
*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practice.
* Proficiency in using EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
* Skilled in treating diverse populations including geriatrics, children (pediatrics), and patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries.
