*Requirements:*
* *5+Experience with Catastrophic Injury, TBI, Wrongful Death Litigation. No exceptions.*
* *5+ years’ experience in plaintiff-side Personal Injury Litigations. No exceptions.*
* Proven track record of *successful* *litigation* (_favorable outcomes/verdicts, large settlements etc._)
* *Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. No exceptions.*
* Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases.
* *Must able to work under strict deadlines, and multitask in a fast paced environment.*
* Prior experience in summarizing third-party records, drafting briefs, responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and motion work is required.
* Attend Court hearings, Mediation, Arbitration as required.
* Strong legal research and writing skills required and knowledge of proper format and citations.
* Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
* Excellent client service and communication skills.
* _*Juris Doctor degree *__from an accredited Law School._
* _Bilingual in spanish preferred._
This position requires a motivated individual who is passionate about the legal field and helping others. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
