Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Process and ship orders in a timely manner.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock counts.
- Ensure all packages meet shipping standards.
- Adhere to all company and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Utilize appropriate PPE for all tasks involving potential hazards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to follow all Safety procedures.
