Job Summary:
Join our growing team in Austin, Texas, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking dependable individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This role is fundamental to our supply chain, involving the handling, storage, and movement of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform essential tasks such as receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. Maintaining a high level of Safety is paramount; all team members must strictly follow established safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including the capacity for regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds and extended periods of standing, walking, and bending. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock checks.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately.
  • Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to meet daily targets.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall Logistics functions.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate common warehouse machinery.
  • Must be capable of substantial Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Strong commitment to workplace Safety and correct PPE usage.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic knowledge of Logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
