As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your responsibilities may also include general warehouse maintenance, organizing inventory, and assisting with inventory counts. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and eager to learn. A commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude are essential. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products move efficiently through the warehouse. Your adherence to safety guidelines and proper use of PPE are paramount to your well-being and that of your colleagues. This position often requires physical work, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. We provide comprehensive training on all job functions and equipment. You will work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to meet production targets and maintain a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear assigned PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Support other warehouse functions as assigned.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of goods within the logistics chain.
