We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our busy logistics facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is fundamental to our operations, encompassing the critical tasks of receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will contribute directly to our ability to meet customer demands efficiently and accurately. Working in a fast-paced distribution center, you'll utilize various warehouse technologies and equipment. A commitment to workplace safety is essential, as the role involves significant physical activity, including regular lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is a plus.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Dedication to adhering to all safety guidelines and using required PPE.
- Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
