Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated locations, following FIFO principles where applicable.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall **logistics** flow.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **lifting** and carrying items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** protocols.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE** (e.g., safety shoes, gloves, vests).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
