Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick orders efficiently and accurately based on customer requirements.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts and checks.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety.
- Properly use and maintain all required PPE.
- Contribute to overall team goals and logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
