In this role, you will be involved in various critical functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You'll contribute directly to ensuring that our products reach our customers accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items carefully and securely for shipment.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and strict Safety guidelines.
- Properly wear and utilize all required PPE .
- Support the efficient flow of goods within the distribution center, contributing to overall Logistics success.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced urban environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to perform regular Lifting of products up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to follow all instructions and safety protocols.
