We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our Logistics team in the bustling city of Boston, Massachusetts. This role is integral to our supply chain operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will be responsible for accurately managing inventory and ensuring that products are handled with care and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
- Sort and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and necessary documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve operational goals.
- Support the broader Logistics team in various capacities.
- This position involves significant physical activity, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Prioritize and maintain a high level of Safety consciousness at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform frequent Lifting.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety procedures.
