We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate to support our operations in Denver, Colorado. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. As a key member of our Logistics team, your efficiency and accuracy will directly contribute to our ability to serve our customers effectively. You will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring orders are processed correctly, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support the Logistics department by performing other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Prioritize Safety in all warehouse activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is desirable.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
