Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from inventory based on customer orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Must be able to perform physical duties, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of warehouse Safety practices. Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
