This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our stock levels and ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy. Your work will directly impact our logistics performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Work with warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all inventory items.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to perform Lifting tasks associated with inventory checks. Knowledge of logistics principles and best practices. A strong commitment to Safety and continuous improvement.
