Responsibilities:
- Select items from inventory according to pick lists with high accuracy.
- Utilize RF scanners or other warehouse technology to manage orders.
- Package products carefully to ensure they arrive safely at their destination.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Perform quality checks to confirm order accuracy.
- Keep workstations tidy and organized.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of assigned PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is beneficial.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
