Become a Picker/Packer on our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado! This role is at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently for our valued customers. You will be tasked with retrieving products from warehouse shelves based on order lists, meticulously packing them for shipment, and ensuring the integrity of each package. Success in this position hinges on your speed, accuracy, and organizational skills. You'll work within a supportive team environment, contributing to our collective success in meeting fulfillment demands. Our commitment to a safe workplace means that all employees must follow safety guidelines and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities include:
- Accurately locating and picking inventory items according to order specifications.
- Inspecting products for quality and completeness before packing.
- Packing a variety of items securely and efficiently to ensure they arrive undamaged.
- Affixing shipping labels and preparing packages for the next stage of logistics.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work station.
- Adhering strictly to all company safety policies, including safe lifting practices.
- Participating in inventory counts and stocktaking as required.
- Communicating with supervisors and team members regarding order status and any issues encountered.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed to support operations.
- Ensuring all lifting equipment and tools are handled with care and respect.
