Become a key player in our fulfillment process as a Fulfillment Associate at our state-of-the-art facility in Durham, North Carolina. This dynamic role involves a variety of tasks critical to ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. Additionally, you may be involved in receiving goods, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Success in this role requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a strong sense of responsibility. You'll be an integral part of our logistics chain, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide comprehensive training, including the proper use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure quality.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and verify destination information.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Team-oriented and reliable.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
