We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our Sacramento, California location. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, contributing to efficient logistics and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Manage tasks involving significant Lifting, moving goods around the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals in our logistics network.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for motivated individuals. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. This position requires the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. A strong commitment to workplace Safety and the consistent use of PPE are mandatory.
