This position demands physical stamina, requiring the ability to handle frequent Lifting of packages and materials, operate basic warehouse equipment, and maintain a highly organized workspace. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are expected to strictly adhere to safety guidelines and consistently wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming merchandise accurately.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking and packing items.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment to move inventory.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including aisles and storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents.
- Use and maintain required PPE diligently.
- Assist with special projects and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Capacity for consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Dedication to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
